It looks like TikTok is becoming a phenomenon for big companies in America. After some time ago Microsoft revealed that they wanted to acquire TikTok, now Twitter is also said to be interested in acquiring the application.
According to rumors, the two sides are currently discussing the cooperation agreement, although it has not been explained in more detail.
In fact, in a report released by the Wall Street Journal, Twitter is now in the stage of negotiating the amount of acquisition costs with TikTok regarding Twitter's acquisition of the company, competing with the previous candidate, Microsoft.
According to some, Twitter is the best choice for TikTok when compared to the offer from Microsoft. Due to the smaller business scale than Microsoft, Twitter is not under the control of Antitrust like Microsoft or other large companies.
