Based on various sources that have surfaced in various media, the latest Nintendo Switch model which is predicted to have stronger hardware specifications and is able to run at 4K resolution will be released in early 2021.
This rumor started with the media from Taipei Economic Daily News claiming that the latest Nintendo Switch model will be released in the first quarter of 2021. According to the media, this console will also feature upgraded "interactivity" and better visual quality.
This news was then reinforced by a report by Takashi Mochizuki from Bloomberg media who said that Nintendo had intended to launch an upgraded model for the Nintendo Switch along with a new line of games next year. Although the specifications for the new machine are still incomplete, the Kyoto-based company Nintendo has considered incorporating more computing power and high-definition graphics at 4K resolution.
Unfortunately, until now, Nintendo itself still doesn't want to provide any information regarding this more powerful model variant of the Nintendo Switch. In fact, there are so many gamers who expect it because until now the problem of hardware specifications is the only drawback felt by Nintendo Switch owners.
The reason is, due to this, various new games by third party developers with realistic visual quality are rarely released on the console. Even if it works on the port, the visual quality and performance are usually worse than other platforms.
With the Switch variant that has a stronger performance, hopefully this problem can be resolved so that gamers can finally play the latest AAA games anywhere and anytime.
