Since COVID-19, many video game companies have assigned their staff to work at home. Unfortunately the adaptation cannot work properly due to various constraints. One of them is logistics and other things.

Adaptation that can not run properly, ultimately makes some projects that have been set release date must be abandoned. Including the new expansion of Destiny 2 which was just announced a few weeks ago.

Bungie announced that the next expansion of Destiny 2, Beyond Light, which was originally planned to be released on September 22, had to be postponed. This is none other than the work at home that has been implemented.

They explained that over the past few months since the pandemic, they have encountered various challenges in developing the game at home. Bungie finally found a way to work on his project without forgetting the qualities they upheld.

At the end of his post, Bungie explained that they would announce what Beyond Light and Season of Arrivals were like in the next few weeks.

Destiny 2: Beyond Light will be released earlier on September 22, 2020 later on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. However, because COVID-19 was enough to hamper Bungie's work, they decided to postpone it until November 10, 2020.
