Halaman

Atelier Ryza is one example of evidence of how the right character design will be able to trigger a great appeal from fans and non-fans to a franchise, and therefore achieve great success. Koei Tecmo and Gust counted to achieve this achievement by relying on Ryza character designs with body proportions and costumes that were quite sensual, but did not look "over-exploited". Ryza's success not only made him the most successful Atelier series, but also used Koei Tecmo as bonus content on their other mainstay franchises, including Dead or Alive. Like the rumors that had circulated before, the second series finally surfaced!

Atelier Ryza 2 Officially Announced, Stretched New Design

After being "leaked" through the Australian age rating agency, Koei Tecmo and Gust finally officially introduced the sequel series - Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy. The inaugural trailer rolled through the Nintendo Direct event, which was followed by a new design performance by Ryza that now looks more mature. Still visible "Thicc" especially through the proportion of his distinctive thighs and red shorts, Gust seems to inject some new mechanics such as the opportunity to ride animals while exploring, using grapling hooks, and diving. While the battle and alchemy systems don't look much different.

With this, Ryza officially becomes Atelier's first protagonist who plays the main character in two successive Ateliers series. Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy themselves planned to be released in the winter of 2020, without a definite release date, for Playstation 4, Nintendo Switch, and of course - PC. What do you think of this "new design" Ryza?
