Some parties seem to have submitted a purchase offer to Bytedance as the developer of Tiktok. Many companies that are said to have made offerings include: Twitter, Amazon, Alphabet and Oracle. However, this doesn't seem to be working.
One company that is also said to be involved in buying the company is Windows. However, it seems that it has not been successful so they took Walmart. However, Walmart itself does not have adequate systems in the field of technology, so they need to work with Microsoft. Especially since Microsoft has a cloud system called Microsoft Azure which can support the system for Tiktok.
