A few weeks ago, we were surprised by the leak of some new heroes or legends from Apex Legends. One of the many information dug up by the dataminers is the whereabouts of Rampart, which seems to have a fairly mature ability.
However, what if we say that the information is wrong?
This was confirmed by Apex Legends writer Tom Casiello who gave a detailed explanation. According to Casiello, Rampart will not be present with the ability according to the leak that had surfaced on the internet. Making these rumors die instantly and not the truth of Rampart's ability at all.
Casiello also claimed that the ability of Rampart that leaked was an old file that had experienced a leak. In other words, Respawn has renewed its capabilities.
This change is not one of the new things in the development of Apex Legends. This is evidenced by Loba's ability to change completely before he was introduced. This means we have to wait when Respawn will announce it.
However, with the end of the game story in season 5 giving a signal of Ash's presence from Titanfall 2 to Apex Legends, they probably won't release Rampart as a new legend in season 6. However, everything can change until season 6 starts.
Apex Legends can now be played on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The game will be released to Nintendo Switch towards the end of the year. Respawn Entertainment will also implement the crossplay feature between the PC and console, as well as its release on Steam with other EA games when the game is released on the Nintendo Switch.
