July is a month that is a stage for gaming smartphone manufacturers. The reason is, after Qualcomm announced that they are releasing their newest chipset, the Snapdragon 865 Plus, many vendors are competing to be the first to use the chipset.
After a few days ago Lenovo released their gaming cellphone through Lenovo Legion and Asus through its ROG Phone 3, it seems that other vendors such as Black Shark also do not want to lose.
On the day of the release of the two gaming smartphones above, the CEO of Blackshark even teased fans through a post on his personal Weibo account. The puzzle has now been solved, where they posted a release announcement from Black Shark 3S.
In the announcement, Black Shark 3S will be released on 31 July in an online streaming event. Black Shark 3S will bring some improvements from the standard version that was released some time ago.
In a photo circulating on the Internet, the Black Shark 3S will be awarded a 7.1-inch screen with a QuadHD + resolution (3120 × 1440 pixels). In addition there are types of chipsets that are brought, namely Snapdragon 865 Plus. Then using 8 GB of RAM, a 5000 mAh battery and three rear cameras with a 64MP sensor + 13 MP + 5 MP.
For the front camera, the Black Shark 3S will have a 20 megapixel sensor. Internal memory is up to 256 GB and there is a possibility that there are variants of 12 GB or 16 GB RAM. For screens, the Black Shark 3S will also support a 144 Hz screen refresh rate.
However, for now there is no official information regarding the specifications of the Black Shark 3S. So we have to wait until the event takes place.
